Terms of Sale

These terms apply to anything you buy from this website.

1. Who you are buying from

Ground Roots Community Interest Company, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales under company number 15962442, registered office Unit 21, 384 Abbott Road, London, E14 0UX. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

3. Placing an order

Adding something to your bag is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete payment, and a contract is formed when we email to confirm we are making it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Every item is made to order — please allow 2–3 weeks. See delivery & returns.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed we may cancel the order.

5. Cancelling and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel. How that works, and what happens with faulty items, is set out in delivery & returns. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Sizing and colour

We describe sizes as accurately as we can, but garments vary between suppliers. Screens also render colour differently, so the shirt may not exactly match the photograph. Neither counts as a fault — but your 14-day right to cancel covers you either way.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to limit.

8. Complaints

Email [email protected] and we will do our best to sort it out. Our complaints procedure explains what happens if you are not happy with the answer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
