1. Everything is made to order
We don’t hold stock. When you order, we place that order with our supplier — which is why it takes a little longer than a shop that has shirts sitting in a warehouse, and why nothing is wasted.
Please allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. If something is going to take longer than that, we will email you.
2. Delivery
- UK delivery: £3.95, free on orders over £50.00.
- Collection: free, from Suhbah Centre, 174 Balaam Street, Plaistow, London E13 8RD. We’ll email you when your order is ready and let you know when someone will be there.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, email us at [email protected] before ordering.
3. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To cancel, email [email protected] with your name and receipt. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough — you do not need to use a special form.
After telling us, please return the item within 14 days. We will refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back — using the same payment method you used to order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and for its condition until it reaches us. Items should come back unworn and in a resaleable state. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than was necessary to check it.
4. Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn’t what you ordered, email [email protected] with a photo. We’ll put it right and cover the return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
5. Where to send returns
Email us first so we know to expect it — we’ll confirm the return address in reply. Please don’t send items back without telling us.
